Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship anywhere within the continental USA.


How long does it take to ship my order?

Your order is shipped within 5 days of your order being placed. 

 

How can I track my package?

All our packages have tracking numbers and can be tracked on the USPS website. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships, and you will be able to track your package online. Should you need any further assistance, please email orders@hopemedianetwork.com and we will get back to you within 12 business days. 


How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail and take 23 working days to arrive at their destination, should you live in the continental USA. 


Is there someone I can contact directly about my order?

Yes. If you have any questions, email orders@hopemedianetwork.com.


Can I add to, cancel, or change an order once it’s been placed?

No. We are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.


Can I change my shipping address once I’ve placed my order?

No. Shipping addresses should be correct at the time that your order is confirmed and paid for.

 

What do I do if my order arrives and is damaged?

We would be so sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in perfect condition! Contact us at orders@hopemedianetwork.com within 7 days of your order arriving and we will be more than happy to assist with a refund.


What if I want to return, cancel or exchange my order?

We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations.


What size shirt should I order?

We use Bella+Canvas for all our shirts. Size charts are linked here.
